TSG is committed to providing unique design solutions guided by the project’s environment and our client’s needs. We provide residential as well as commercial design for client’s in five states. While we are headquartered in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, we also routinely provide services in New Jersey, Florida, Maryland, and Missouri. We offer architectural services beginning with preliminary design through construction documents. Our clients are encouraged to remain thoroughly involved from beginning to end.

About Us

The Seip Group was begun by Dr. David Seip in 1985 after numerous years as an architect in prestigious firms designing multi-million dollar projects. However, his personal desire has been to design projects on a more residential and intimate scale. David’s original office was headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida — where he continues to provide his services. He has mastered numerous design styles and has displayed them as completed projects from the Bahamas to Miami, and as far north as Maine where David designed a lakefront cottage. Whether interior design and layout of space to selection of exterior design scale TSG welcomes participation in the smallest to largest of projects with the same focused attention to service.

Contemporary Design

This second floor addition is located in Boca Raton, Florida, and is an example of modern design which is unique to its neighborhood. It lends itself in scale, style and color to its tropical environment.

Open Floor Plan

Open interior design adds charm to this totally renovated two-story craftsman style home located on the Manatee River at the mouth of Tampa Bay in Palmetto City, Florida.

Historic Do-over

Located on the outskirts of Philadelphia, this renovation of a single family home (see insert) afforded the opportunity of adding much needed living space to a single story home while infusing historic charm to a house on a prominent road in an historic community.

Retail Design

From the high-profile Bayside open-air shopping mall on Biscayne Bay and the nearby prestigious community of Coral Gables, to Philadelphia, TSG has designed a fun outdoor Caribbean refreshment bar, bridal and clothing apparel shops, to fast food establishments, snack bars and various other retail establishments.

Premiere Island Living

The Island on Lake Travis, Texas, is ideally located on an actual island connected by its own private causeway. Utilizing TSG’s retirement community consulting experience, our firm was retained to market the retirement community project during its initial offering.

Senior Retirement Living

The Horizon Club, of Deerfield Beach, Florida was developed, designed, marketed and managed under David Seip’s leadership while heading up Radice Care, a development company headquartered in Florida.

Rise of the Phoenix

TSG transformed this old, burned out one-story bungalow (see insert) for a developer in Philadelphia. We added a second floor and designed a wrap around porch with a round gazebo.

Transforming a Split-level

This older split-level (see insert) is located adjacent to Valley Forge National Park. The owners needed more space which afforded TSG the opportunity to give the residence new life and a historic character in keeping with the historic charm of the area.

Mediterranean Charm

This charming re-do of an older Florida home was enhanced with a Mediterranean face lift. The project was successfully accomplished through the coordination of owner (who was in Switzerland),general contractor (who was in Boca Raton, Florida), and TSG (which was located in Pennsylvania).

Intercoastal Elegance

This home which overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway in Florida created a special challenge for TSG. The site was an unusual shape, requiring us to design the house using primarily 30 and 60 degree angles.
